Ideal
as a starter. Will make 4 servings. 2-3
sticks of celery, cubed
2 apples, peeled and cubed
walnuts, chopped
1 lettuce, washed and dried
juice of 1 lemon
5-6 tablespoons of mayonnaise
salt and freshly ground pepper

mix
the chopped apples and celery together in a bowl
-
pour
over the lemon juice and season, leave for a few minutes

just
before serving mix in the
mayonnaise and some of the chopped walnuts
-
arrange
some lettuce leaves on a plate
-
place
the apple, celery and walnut mixture in the center
-
sprinkle
with more walnuts and serve
