1 teaspoon of raw sugar
1 dessertspoon of double cream
hot strong coffee to fill the glass
- pre-warm a long glass
- add the Whiskey
- pour in the coffee
- stir in the sugar
- on the back of a spoon let the cream gently run on top of the coffee
- drink the coffee through the cream, do not stir
